    Product quality is subject to a one-year "three guarantees". During the "Three Guarantees" period, the company is responsible for free repair or replacement of any malfunction or damage (excluding wearing parts) caused by normal use.

    If a quality problem occurs during the warranty period, within 24 hours after receiving the user's notification: we will reply by phone or fax, or send maintenance personnel to complete the repair within a time limit, and ensure: "No withdrawal until the fault is eliminated.".
