●The moving template has fast rising, slow locking and fast falling functions. The mold closing speed and exhaust speed can be adjusted separately to improve production efficiency.

●When the product is vulcanized and molded, the oil pump motor stops working, and has automatic pressure compensation function and oil pump shutdown delay, making the oil circuit configuration more reasonable and reliable.

●The deflation time, number of deflation times, heating temperature and vulcanization time can be set and are easy to operate.

●Has two working modes: automatic and semi-automatic. Set the working mode of the conventional vulcanizer: Program I, and the working mode of the transfer mold: Program II to meet the process requirements of special rubber materials.

●The hydraulic cylinder applies advanced technology, with reliable sealing and long life.

●The electrical system adopts PC full computer control and full touch screen, making the control more convenient, accurate and reliable.

●The hydraulic station adopts a combination of gear pump and medium-high pressure vane pump imported from Taiwan Chaota, hydraulic components, proportional pressure flow compound valve control, low noise and low energy consumption.
